all members / parents were texted via internet of any postponed classes as the weeks went by using the mobile numbers that were furnished on enrollment day. please ensure yaa of any updated mobile numbers as this is our only means of contacting you with any necessary information.

While i was out of art class i organised our yaa annual christmas party
SUPERNOVA, BALLINCOLLIG.
FRIDAY 18TH DECEMBER 2009. 7PM-9PM.
SKATING / DISCO / MC.COOLS PLAY AREA
PARTY FOOD INC PIZZA / SAUSAGES / CHICKEN DIPPERS / CHIPS AND CORDIAL DRINKS.
15EURO PLEASE RESERVE YOUR PLACE AS ADMISSION IS LIMITED TO LESS THAN YAA MEMBERS !
ADULT SUPERVISION IS VITAL TO ENSURE A SAFE EVENT AS YAA ACCEPTS NO RESPONSABILITY FOR ANY INJURY INCURRED WHATSOEVER DURING PARTICAPTION. ALL PARENTS WILL HAVE TO SIGN A DISCLAIMER WITH BOOKING FORM AND FEE.

I am ever gratefull to parents to volunteer their time to help with the supervision of these events and also our field trips throughout the past year. without your help it wouldnt be possible to hold such events. you are appreciated.Thankyou.My time is also voluntary as is our teenage helpers'.
Yaa is now looking for volunteer supervision again at supernova.

CANVAS / FRAMED PAINTINGS WILL BE COLLECTED AS FROM THE LAST WEEK OF NOVEMBER AND WILL BE RETURNED IN THE NEW YEAR. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE STRING ON THE BACK AND ALSO WITH YOUR NAME , AGE AND GROUP DAY WRITEN CLEARLY ON A STICKER ON THE FRONT,bottom left side.
PAINTINGS WILL BE HUNG AFTER THE 6TH DECEMBER IN BLARNEY LIBARY. ALL ARTISTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO EXHIBIT.
